Very happy to announce our 9 unit scheme in Sutton, for property developers Vita Group , has received planning permission from Sutton Council.
Set opposite Woodcote green, a stone's throw away from Purley Train station and short walk to Wallington town centre, the scheme is a red, herringbone brick and render proposal with multiple window bay and balcony spaces looking out over Woodcote Green and an array of private gardens and communal green spaces.
The project came to us with a colourful planning history littered with refusals for smaller residential developments so we’re over the moon to see this receive planning approval. Can’t wait to see this on site.
