Our change of use from office to resi scheme in the centre of Notting Hill Gate, London has been a labour of love over the course of the last few years.
After a complex planning approval, this previously derelict office building located within the Kensington Conservation area has been converted into 4 individually designed modern and luxurious flats. Each is fit out with bespoke joinery and flooded with natural daylight.
We're now seeing a shift in workload towards the office to resi sector most likely down to a number of effects from the office to residential permitted development rights, to the effects of covid on the office space but also with the increased onus on sustainability for older building stock and retrofitting.
