Contracts signed - Extension and refurbishment in Westcott

Great news for our private home in Westcott, Surrey as we've signed contracts with our private client and contractor - Jack Auletta.
Looking forward to seeing this one develop on-site over the next few months.
We've come a long way with this one since we first started. Given the size of the extension and the site being in a sensitive planning designation including greenbelt, AONB and AOGLV we managed to get this through planning and now onto the site. Really happy and excited for our client and their family to reimagine this site as a new family home.
