Amazing news for an existing listed building in central Faversham as we gain planning and listed building consent to bring two derelict spaces back into the loving homes they once were!
Unfortunately, this building was sold to our client after years of falling into disrepair. Leaks, inhabited by pigeons and some severe structural failures meant that we needed to revive the existing building whilst respecting the historic fabric that contains it. Our proposal looks to bring the existing building back into use with a retail unit on the ground floor and 2 units on the 1st and 2nd floor.
