Busy scribbling away trying to generate some ideas for Dorking.
So our proposal for a new carfree residential development alongside a Crafter's square provides smaller commercial units centered on the town's story and character. The essence of the proposal is to cultivate a community-centered approach to retail and #craftsmanship by bringing in smaller units and a new typology of the shop to the high street.
Smaller units = lower rent and a more temporary stance to an ever-evolving high street. How can we save our high streets?
