Our Kingswood Home Reaches Completion

Our private house in Kingswood, Surrey has reached completion. The site is located in the Kingswood Conservation Area of Reigate and Banstead and became a self build project for our client who has done incredibly well to achieve the high level of finish on show for his private and forever home.

The project first came to us in 2017 as a house of high conservation interest to Reigate and Banstead, so we sensitively proposed a series of extensions and remodelling elements across the house to nearly double the square meterage.

Architecture - complete, but we’re soon to be submitting their next phase of landscaping into planning shortly!
