Planning approval: Arts and crafts house in Tandridge

December 15, 2021

Tandridge arts and craft house

Great news for our private arts and crafts house in Tandridge last week as we gained planning approval for this significant extension and remodelling of an existing property in the greenbelt.

The proposal adds 410 cubic metres to the original house which is one of the most unique properties we have in our books to date! Onto the technical design stage and looking for tenders in early to mid 2022.
